Contender: STARTING DIET ON MONDAY 29TH NOVEMBER 2010. Hello, My name is Annalise and I suffer with Hashimoto's Disease. *sigh* As I am porky due this unfair condition and to the way I eat - yes, I admit it (chocolate lover, Orange Juice drinker, Ice cream licker, Over indulger…) I will be following my own eating plan that I have created with immense online thyroid research, that should, and hopefully will help with weight loss. I will follow you up with what I’ve eaten and what exercise activity I have done so you can follow the eating plan too if you wish. Please note, I am not a dietician or an expert on the Thyroid Gland, so please do not take my eating plan as a perfect method to lose weight! But lets cross our fingers and toes, and other limbs that your capable of crossing and just hope that this will work - not just for me, but for you too. On the side note, I am going to Australia on the 11 January 2011 for a friends birthday, and I hope to lose as much weight as possible! So I have something that'll motivate me!
